[Project: Stargate] [05 Mar 2009|03:08pm]
Solomon, I have some spreadsheets you need to bring to Travers. Prompt response and pick up would be appreciated.

Is anyone else loosing all faith in television? It seems that there is nothing but garbage reality shows and hospital and CSI shows on anymore. We can only swallow so much 'reality', medical and criminal shows. Writers have become increasingly unoriginal. They certainly did not deserve a strike.

I am considering handing in my letter of resignation
Things can be so fickle when it comes to career choice and things like that. What one wants to do often is associated with their level of comfort and ability to follow through and in fact do what they want to do which needs to be done. It's fickle and finicky.

Tomorrow I have my own agenda in the confines of my quarters. I ask that people leave me be unless it is important. That means you, Eddie. I certainly do not need to spend the Day of Hearts with anyone, much less want to.

The upside of this month, candy and expensive heart shaped things are often on sale.

Fast Food is getting such a bad wrap from the health food companies and the diet plans and the large market of grocery stores and large family restaurants. I quite enjoy fast food. Granted, it is slowly killing me from the inside out, but what doesn't these days? After all, they have a pill for everything, and you MUST take them. Otherwise Big-Pharmaceutical will be displeased.

I miss the courtroom, and making my closing statement, and reading up on cases. Perhaps I should open my own practice. Chances are our beloved shadowy figured leader would not care for such action. And besides, I'm far too minor of a player to have my own spin-off. Perhaps I can just guest star elsewhere?

Once upon a time, there was a lawyer. He was very unhappy with the way cleanliness seemed to have been forgotten in the land of Stargate. The end.

I've been thinking about a private project lately. I've been in contact recently with an old friend from an old firm I once belonged to. So with that being said, if you happen to see me on the phone, for the love of god, stop trying to talk to me.

News stories continue to pop up all over about psychics. I can bet anyone who has ever had their palm read or been told their fortune are listening now. I'm simply waiting for the fortune cookie distributors to be run out of business.

Bishop, I need drugs. Kindly provide them for me, wont you?
Coin, my usual dinner order, if you don't mind.
Asian-Slave-Boy, once you are free from you duties for Mr.Smith, I would kindly request your services.

Is it just me or is everyone in the world on a lower level of the mentally stable plane?
I am getting quite frustrated when it comes to people. Just people in general. Texans will probably try to get a bill passed to execute psychics, no doubt, so the mental disabled won't be lonely on death row. It reminds me of why I am here at Project Stargate, why my skills are needed in some areas. Next time, lets hope to kill more than one person in a mass attack of dominance and relevance. The paperwork will be worth it.

Thank you to all who actually got my gifts this year, it was very kind of you and I actually do not plan on returning or trashing a single one.
I do hope my holiday gifts pleased you as well. I always found Christmas far more entertaining than Hanukkah, hence the switch over.

Good luck to all those going on the mission. I will be safely watching from here, because I don't exactly fair well in the field unless it is in a court of all or a tax services building, or bank or something along those lines. At any rate, good luck.

Egg Nog isn't as good as it used to be. The kind you purchase in a carton isn't nearly as well made as the classic stuff.

The Holidays are drawing nearer. If you need me, I'll be held up in my room. Apparently the closer to the Holidays we come, the larger the stack of paper work gets. Especially with the lack of prisoners in the cells.

Why...is my phone not working?

It is an iPhone. It should be making me coffee in the morning by now, not freezing on me and taking forever to load my files. It is staggering how technology has come so far, and yet hasn't budged an inch since the cotton gin.

I also would like to request those who go out grocery shopping (which pretty much included Coin and...well...that's it), that we only have so much storage space and while it is cold outside the ground can't be used as a freezer. I suggest moving armory 1 and 2 together, since they carry mostly the same equipment, and turn the spare room into food storage, as our population seems to grow every day, we need more food.

When it comes to funds being given to you people, for various items unrelated to the Project, we're being bled dry. Of course, there is no way in hell we would run out of money for at least 300+ years, but I only insist on financial...well....intelligence.

And Eddie. Stop. You know exactly what I am talking about.

A friend of mine has sent me an early Christmas present. If anyone else here enjoys Cubans and malt scotch, do inquire.

I'm in need of a wreath.

I understand everyone will be eating together. Lovely! Like a good old fashion Thanksgiving. I never had one growing up, so this will be nice

Secret Santa, secret experiments, handling the newly arrived prisoners. Everyone seems to be kept busy.

I feel left out. I do believe the source of my problems is at the base of this bottle. I suppose I had better get to work.
Thanksgiving is also this upcoming week. I would assume no one here is leaving? I do not want to have to do all the paperwork that involves coming and goings at will, and false IDs and Passports are so hard to create.

The little ones return. I of course already have welcomed Edward and Mr.Travers. You as well, Mr.King, welcome home. I trust everything went well? Judging by the guests we have, I'm guessing it wasn't a total loss.

I do hope this goes somewhere. Even I have not been fully let in on our intentions on what to do with these visitors. I do so hate storylines that go unfinished or make no sense.

If anyone noticed a briefcase spewing smoke and seemingly filled with witch's brew, please don't pour water all over it in attempt to put it out. That festive accessory was a bit expensive.

You, person I asked to get me coffee and returned with a cup of coffee beans and some hot water. I don't like you. Although that was funny

The debates, or what I watched of them, were disappointing. Not that we have to abide by the laws of this shambled country. Neither one of them answered the questions they were asked. If they did answer, it was vaguely. It doesn't matter, we'll end up assassinating the winner regardless. However I do think the African American with the pachyderm ears has the upper hand over the crypt-keeper type white man who's face is half dead.

According to online tests, taken out of boredom, I am, however, apparently sexist, an alcoholic, a woodland elf, and the color purple. I would have figured something more like royal blue.

....I think I may be Betty Boop for Halloween. Or I would if pantie hoes didn't rip so easily. I am woman, hear me roar.

I also ordered myself a new phone today. I figured, if I am going back to work, I need an MP3 playwer, personal planner, internet, personal computer, and cellular phone all in one device. If I only had one that could scan and hold all my files, I would no longer need my briefcase. Although I would still carry it around. I rather favor my case.

Yes, its finally happened. I miss work. May I have my rank and position reinstated yet?
I am frightfully bored, as if this place was not mellow and sullen enough while I was working. Are any of you interesting? Really? I'm almost dreading the very idea that having Braylin and Eddie back from that school would be a positive thing.

You see? I am talking nonsense.

I think it's all these new legal television show popping up that are making me mis my job.
After all, who else is going to run Legal as well as me?

This extended vacation is going a bit better than I had first thought. I would have thought I would be bored out of my mind for this long, but its actually quite relaxing. I do think we need a spa here though. I could use a treatment. I'll have to check the corporate market for private base spa installations once I get back to my desk.

Jarrod. A word?

I don't think it will be that financially draining for us to invest in a room-service system.

Coin Martin, my dinner? I was curious if you got the memo I had sent down.

I'm somewhat glad I confined myself to my room. I've been able to catch up on my reading.
I wonder how well things are going down in my department.

I do wish this building had a terrace. It's so tasteless to smoke just beside a window. Cigar's need air room to flow and waft.

Single white male lawyer seeks young assistant for part-time assistance in Japan.
Does anyone feel like sushi? I need a bit of assistance with this case in Japan.

I need a peek at those files but chances are there will be a bit more challenging things in my way which my lock-picking skills aren't a match for. Does anyone care to get their hands a little dirty over seas?

I'll buy dinner.

I do not like it when people are overly friendly. When I nod to you, do not expect me to hold the elevator door for you, rub your feet or make conversation. I only do that with the worthwhile employees of Stargate. Not annoying file runners. Does anyone else find them exhausting?

Oh and I need a volunteer to help me with something. It involves Japan.
