Appearance: Anthony Stine is never ever ever seen in public in anything but a fine tailored suit. Professionalism is the one word that would sum him up when it comes to appearance. He has a very smooth and round face with a pricing look. Even looking completely neutral there is something about Anthony's eyes that gives one a feeling that he knows something they do not, that he is smarter, better, and faster than them in every way. He is suave and arrogant to the highest degree and shows that in his upright walk and impeccable manner of speech.

Psychic Ability: ESP
Expanded abilities: Anthony's ESP is a 'commonly' known psychic ability that allows him to have a sixth sense. He can 'feel' when something it coming at him, when something is going to fall near him, when someone is coming up behind him without having to look. He can 'feel' what others might do next. In other words, he has a full sense of awareness about him at all times without even trying.
Limitations: Because he has had his abilities for a long time there is not much that Anthony's specific psychic abilities are limited to. He can not particularly 'see into the future' or actually anticipate something coming until the action is already in motion.

Personality: Very arrogant and suave, Anthony is what one things of when you think of the fast-talking and quick minded corporate businessmen. He is very knowledgeable in the areas of law and business, and abuses them thoroughly. He obeys the system and respects it, however is almost compelled by some inner sense of anarchy to bend the rules as far as he can before breaking them. He is very confident and in so, also very persuasive. He has that feel about him that he always knows more than he lets on, implying that he usually is better than everyone else in every way. While he does has his soft sides, he rarely shows them through his overlapping veils of importance and neutral emotion.

Strengths: Very persistent and stubborn, he will never leave a job until it is finished or terminated. A very knowledgeable man in the world of law and corporate business, he is incredibly persuasive and intimidating in the right circumstances.
Weaknesses: Easily irritated and put off. With his cocky and snobbish attitude he comes off as TOO suave and TOO professional. He follows the rules but NEVER misses a chance to find a loophole or bend them to their limits without breaking them.

History: Youngest child of Marcus and Elizabeth Stine, Anthony was usually picked on by his older brothers Ben and Gene. He was the 'runt' of the family. Tall and thin while his older brothers were shorter and more of the jock types. While his father payed little attention to him and focused more on the athletic achievement of his siblings, Anthony was comforted by his mother mostly in his childhood and followed in her footsteps in most mannerisms and interests. he grew up speaking articulately and clear, developing a manner of talking with his hands and slight case of mysophobia, a fear of germs and dirt.

Growing up, Anthony strayed from the athletic side of his family and spent more time in academic clubs, the library and debate class. He developed a love for 'the system' and how it worked. The politics and thrill of law excited him and he eventually graduated from high school with all honors and was given a scholarship to none other than Harvard law school. Around this time Antony's ESP also began to grow. Through his college years in law school, Anthony learned to harness and control his ESP, mostly on his own. It was incredibly difficult but its use wasn't missed. Thanks to his ESP Anthony had avoided nearly any possible harm that could come to him. He could sense his brothers trying to sneak up on him, or the car that nearly hit him in the intersection, so he picked up things a bit faster than the rest of his class.

Eventually graduating from Harvard Law earlier than he should have, it wasn't hard at all for Anthony to locate a job as a criminal attorney for big-name law firm Borne&Masters. Through his years he jumped from firm to firm, each name bigger and more famous than the last. Lee,Rivers&Wyatan, Brown&Tennings, till Howard&Brock. He became one of the youngest big-name attorneys of his day. At his time at Howard&Brock in his late twenties he stumbled upon a locked file marked 'Stargate'. It turned out this file had been left for him by the project itself. He was found and taken in by Stargate and someone known only to him as Mr.Smith to train to harness his abilities and provide lawful guidance and support through his legal connections, knowledge and skill. He has since been working for Stargate tirelessly.
